Today we are ported in Cozumel, Mexico. Since I have been here before, I am not planning on getting off of the ship. Instead, I will be enjoying some uncrowded amenities, especially the hot tub. I also have an hour long massage booked in about 30 minutes that I am looking forward to. Since I stared working out earlier this month, my calves have basically become two big knots. It should be a very relaxing day as I have not plans besides my massage and dinner later with Deanna and O-box at the French restaurant, Le Bistro—this will be my first time eating there.
There is not a whole lot to report about yesterday as it was our first sea day. I spent my time aimlessly meandering around the ship and meeting new people. In the evening I attended the military appreciation event which was very nice. NCL dos a phenomenal job of taking care of veterans and military members from both the United States and Canada. It is part of the reason that I am so loyal to their brand.
While in Key West, I did not find amazing tacos, I got side tracked by conch. I haven't had it in a couple years and it is one of my favorite sea foods. Deanna, O-box, and I did the touristy thing and make the trek to the southern most point in the continental U.S.
